We live in a world that teaches us to think, analyze, and push through.

Yet beneath every thought, the body is quietly telling its story.

Sometimes it whispers through a tight chest, a clenched jaw, restless sleep, or the feeling of always having to stay one step ahead. Sometimes it speaks through joy, warmth, ease, and a quiet sense of knowing.

The body has never stopped communicating.

Let Your Body Speak is an invitation to pause long enough to listen.

I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you were before stress, survival, and life's experiences taught your body to stay in protection.

When we create the conditions for safety, curiosity, presence, and compassionate attention, the body begins to reveal its own wisdom. It knows how to soften. It knows how to regulate. It knows how to move toward wholeness.

This belief isn't only something I teach—it's something I've lived.

Hi, I'm Jurate.

For many years, movement, breath, and embodied practices have been my own path home. They have taught me to slow down, to listen beneath the noise of the mind, and to trust the quiet intelligence of the body. Through this journey, I discovered that healing isn't something we force. It unfolds when we learn to be present with ourselves.

Today, I work as a somatic movement facilitator and Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS) practitioner. My approach has been shaped by years of study in somatic movement and expressive arts through the Tamalpa Institute, training in Kundalini Yoga at Golden Bridge Yoga, Biodynamic Breathwork (BBTRS), and an ongoing exploration of other somatic modalities and Jungian psychology.

I offer individual and group sessions for people who long to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, release held tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and aliveness.

My role is not to tell your body what it should do.

It is to create a space where your body feels safe enough to speak.

Every session is gentle, trauma-aware, and guided by your unique experience. Rather than directing or correcting, I listen alongside you—allowing movement, breath, awareness, and curiosity to become pathways toward insight, integration, and self-trust.

I believe many of the behaviors, reactions, and patterns we wish we could change are actually intelligent adaptations—the body's way of keeping us safe.

When we begin listening with kindness instead of judgment, something begins to shift.

The body softens.

The breath deepens.

Presence returns.

And little by little, we remember that home was never something we had to find.

It has been within us all along.

Your body has a story.

Let's listen together.
